Shoulder and Thoracic Opening

 

What if some of the weight and stress you carry could be lifted from your shoulders? How would it feel to have your chest open, your heart area brighter, and your breath flowing more freely? In this workshop, we’ll explore the power of intelligently sequenced asana to unlock tension in the shoulders and thoracic spine.

Through a thoughtfully guided 2-hour practice, we’ll focus on poses to open these areas that often hold stress and restrict our breathing and posture. You will release tightness, improve mobility, and experience a sense of lightness and length in your body. This journey will leave you feeling grounded, open, and inspired to continue steps towards nurturing this natural state of ease and alignment.

Workshop will take place on Sunday, May 18th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
