2 Hour Restorative Workshop:

Come to close your weekend with this soothing and rejuvenating practice that is designed to experience the state of “being”, not “doing”. Allow yourself to slow down, calm your busy mind and rest in the present moment.

You will be carefully guided through a series of postures using various props for support. Bolsters, blankets, blocks will help to align the body in relaxing poses that create space, openness, and awareness. The practice will unfold slow and deep, focusing on gentle opening and stretching. Restorative backbends, forward bends, twists will be offered and personalized for each student based on their needs. Indulge in a long nurturing Savasana at the end.

Restorative yoga is a practice suitable for anyone, regardless of age, shape or physical condition, even for those with no yoga experience.
