Inversion asanas form a key part of the Jivamukti method, perhaps because as our founder Sharon Gannon says, “magic is a shift in perception.” Sometimes that magic can happen by simply flipping our world upside down.

In this workshop, we learn how to practice and build up to the 3 key inversions – handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana), headstand (Salamba Sirsasana), together with some other interesting inversions. We will not only learn vital technical aspects of these exciting poses, but more importantly how this can transcend through our practice, and give us confidence to surmount challenges we face in our daily lives.
