The Ultimate Jivamukti Yoga Class

Saturday January 13: 

4:00pm – 6:00pm: Two hours of intensive yoga including chanting, postures and meditation.

This will be your ultimate Jivamukti yoga experience.
Maria and Ian will be co-teaching a challenging master class/sequence designed by the founders of the Jivamukti method Sharon and David.

They will carefully guide you through this deep heart opening connection to your highest potential that will no doubt uplift you and make you sweat!
